The founder Dominic • Frazer • Penn was born in SUTTON, a small coastal village on the eastcoast of Scotland. When he was young (1953), due to a major flood, his family was forced to relocate to Blackpool on the west coast to seek refuge with his relatives. He mainly made iron and also processed machinery parts, including providing wear-resistant parts and repair services to a local water pump factory for a long time. The company has been producing valves since 1961, and has been gradually recognized by the market with its excellent quality and good reputation, and has established a very stable user group in the local area.
